How does Foodkit pricing work?

Foodkit charges a small transaction fee on orders generated through the Platform and a monthly subscription fee. This fee enables us to continue to improve the Foodkit Platform while ensuring the highest possible level of customer service. Your success is our success!

Do I need to commit to a 12 month contract?

No, we don't make you commit to long contract periods. Foodkit is charged month-to-month.

Can I try Foodkit for free?

Yes, Foodkit offers a complete free no-commitment 14 day trial.

What happens after the 14 days of the trial?

If you wish to continue using Foodkit, simply add your credit card information any time within the 14 days trial. If you don't want to continue, your Foodkit account will simply expire on the 15th day of the trial.

Can my online restaurant accept customer credit cards?

Yes, Foodkit is partnered with Stripe (Stripe.com), a leading global payment gateway. Accepting credit card payments is quick and easy to set up from within the Foodkit admin portal. If your're a developer you can integrate your own payment gateway.

Does Foodkit provide integrated delivery services?

Foodkit is partnered with Getswift.co a leading driver management service. If you're a developer, you can seamlessly integrate with any third party logistics or driver management service.

Can I manage multiple restaurant locations on the Foodkit Platform?

Yes, Foodkit supports multi-unit and multi-brand.

Can I extend the Foodkit Platform?

Yes, Foodkit's open API architecture means you can build your own features and functionality on top of the Platform. This includes building your own multi-channel frontends, payment gateway integrations, delivery workflows, promotion mechanics and much more.

Does the Foodkit API have any usage limits?

The Foodkit Developer plan has an API rate limit of 100 requests per minute, calculated using the leaky bucket algorithm (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Leaky_bucket). Note that requests for content and data available on the Foodkit CDN are not counted towards your API call limit.
